Dear Elizabeth, Thank you so much for making my job 'possible' at the Hathclings and having faith in me to be your deputy. I have enjoyed it so much and really can't believe that I'm leaving, but would love to pop back from time to time (if that's OK!) Thank you for all of your support, encouragement and kindness, it means a lot to have all of those things when you go to work every day, but especially from your boss. Anyway I won't rattle on, just to say I really hope the new deputy enjoys her job as much as I did, because is she enjoys it it will be plain sailing. Hope you and John have a wnderful relaxing holiday and that Daniel and Rosemary continue to do well. Dear Mr and Mrs sudlow, I would like to say I have learnt a lot since working for The Hatchlings Nursery School, thanks to you and good team work and achieving my NVQ 2 & 3. Dear Elizabeth, I have really enjoyed my years working alongside you and 'making' Worting Road with you. We have shared many ideas, thoughts and advice and I have learnt a lot from you. I want to thank you so much for all the courses, NVQ4 and Senco training you have allowed me to do because its got me to the stage where I feel confident and pleased with how I work.  I am really sad to leave and if circumstances were different I would have had more of a choice, but I am doing this for Summer, my Dad and myself. I am looking forward to extra time with Summer, which is a dream come true.  I hope you wont mind me poppoing in occasionally to say hello. I hope 'Hatchlings' continues to do well, I will miss you. Dear Mrs Sudlow, I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for giving me the opportunity of being at your nursery for work experience. I enjoyed my time there and found it very enjoyable. I especially enjoyed taking the children out for walks and the picnic we had at lunchtime. I was grateful for Mrs Nash and Mrs Rustell's help and their kindness. I had not considered becomming a nursery nurse but now I think I will go to college and take an NVQ. I may come and visit one day in the summer if that is OK. Yours sincerely Sarah D.
