Anstey Close Nursery School

Established in January 1996, the Hatchlings Nursery School has been running at Anstey Close for over 15 successful years.

Mrs Elizabeth Sudlow (qualified teacher) owns and runs both Nursery Schools. She has many years of experience teaching in schools in Basingstoke especially with the Hampshire Early Years Initiative.

The manager, Mrs Laura Fisher (NVQ Level 3) has worked at the school since January 2003 and is very experienced in dealing with young children.

The deputy, Miss Chelsea McCarthy (NVQ Level 3) started at Hatchlings as an apprentice in April 2008.

There is also nursery assistant, Mrs Sharon Saunders (NVQ Level 3) who has been with us since April 2006.

We are registered as a Nursery School, and inspected through OFSTED. Parents are welcome to read our current report.

We are members of the Pre-School Learning Alliance and our insurance is through them.

All members of staff are CRB checked and hold a current First Aid Certificate and attend ongoing training courses.
