Worting Road Nursery School

Established in May 2005 The Hatchlings Nursery School on Worting Road has become a very popular setting.

The new school provides the same high quality of pre school education for your child, getting him / her ready for school.

The core sessions are mornings 8.30am to 12 noon, lunch 12pm till 1pm and the afternoon session is 1pm to 4.30pm. However we do provide add on times for parents needing extra cover from 8am to 5.30pm each day.

Mrs Elizabeth Sudlow (qualified teacher and manager) owns and runs both Nursery Schools. She has many years of experience teaching in schools in Basingstoke especially with the Hampshire Early Years Initiative.

The manager, Mrs Debbie Nash (NVQ Level 3) has worked at both schools since January 1998 and is very experienced in dealing with young children.

The deputy, Miss Noreen Vaughan (NVQ Level 4) has worked in childcare for many years and started at Hatchlings in August 2009.

There are also five other full and part time qualified members of staff.

We are registered as a Nursery School, and inspected through OFSTED . Parents are welcome to read our current report.

We are members of the Pre-School Learning Alliance and our insurance is through them.

All members of staff are CRB checked and hold a current First Aid Certificate and attend ongoing training courses.
